Riding our fat-tires under the iconic Lisbon bridge… maybe it looks familiar? It was designed by the same company that created the San Francisco Bridge.
Our electric fat-tires weren’t just a blast to ride around town, they also got us a lot of attention and helped us make friends :)
Very hungry and worried that we had missed the lunch hour, we stumbled on an incredible seafood restaurant. Our expert server de-boned our fish tableside… with a spoon.
We rode our bikes to an abandoned restaurant now covered with graffiti. In addition to being a quirky, edgy spot, it has great city views.

Lisbon was filled with cozy, outdoor courtyards, which we enjoyed as often as we could!
The whimsical ‘castle’ in Sintra was an unexpected highlight. This was one of the magical-feeling wells on the grounds.
