Under communism, churches were not maintained in Croatia. Now, many houses of worship are undertaking major repairs.

Tunnels dug during WWII were never filled in, and today they’re used as walking shortcuts through the city.

Shopping for local produce at this outdoor market was delightful!!

We took a great food and wine tour with a stop at Veliki Tabor, a castle in northwest Croatia

A cannon is fired from this tower once each day at noon

We visited the Museum of Broken Relationships in Zagreb. It sounds depressing, but it was actually very touching.
